Full-Time | Residential Design-Build Remodeling SupportImportant: This is not a Project Manager or Superintendent role.This position is intentionally designed as a systems-first, data-first operational support role within active construction projects.Role OverviewUrban Remodeling is transitioning to a remote, global support model and is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator / Administrator based in the Philippines to support our Minnesota-based operations.This role serves as the operational backbone of our project teams-ensuring project data, documentation, and systems are accurate, current, and reliable so that Project Managers and leadership can execute with clarity and efficiency.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, values clean data and disciplined processes, and takes pride in being the person who keeps complex projects aligned behind the scenes.What You'll Be Accountable ForProject & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to Project Managers
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets, trackers, and reports using Excel and Microsoft Office
- Organize and manage contracts, change orders, invoices, approvals, and related documentation
- Ensure all digital project files are complete, current, and consistently organized
- Enter, manage, and audit data within construction or project management platforms
- Learn and support disciplined system usage (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, JobTread, or similar)
- Assist in maintaining standardized templates, logs, and workflows
- Act as a steward of data accuracy and system integrity
- Support purchasing coordination and vendor documentation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders
- Ensure project information is accessible, reliable, and available when needed to support decision-making
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, BuilderTrend, Procore, or other related Project Management tools is a plus
- 2-5+ years of experience in construction, real estate, engineering, or process-heavy / database-driven environments preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-through
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new project management software
- Highly organized, dependable, and process-oriented
- Professional English written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with a time tracking tool (Hubstaff)
- Ability to work full-time aligned to U.S. Central Time
