Role Responsibilities Assist in the development and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification., and other relevant certifications. Basic understanding of IT service management (ITSM) concepts and practices. Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and its core modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog). Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
