Description: Responsible for the preparation of Financial Statement, remitting tax payments to government agency. Ensures that transactions are properly authorized and recorded. Duties and Responsibilities: A. Financial Reporting 1. Transaction Processing - Ensuring accurate, timely processing of receipts and disbursements with complete supporting documents. 2. Bookkeeping - Maintaining precise accounting data and records, including expense reporting and journal vouchers. 3. Financial Reports - Monthly preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and account schedules. B. Statutory Reporting Requirements - Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports to BIR and SEC, including tax returns and license renewals. C. Audit of Books - Preparing accurate financial reports for auditors and assisting during audits. D. Statutory/Internal Compliance - Compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and audit recommendations. F. Others - Coordinating annual budget preparation, implementing accounting programs, and maintaining organized files. Qualifications: Graduate of BS Accountancy.
