- On-call work from home
- Preferably within Pampanga only, candidates are required to visit onsite during interviews and on your first day
- Respond promptly to on-call requests and provide timely support
- Answer and manage phone calls, transferring or escalating when necessary
- Assist with general administrative duties including correspondence preparation and tracking
- Coordinate service requests, maintenance issues, and complaint resolutions
- Arrange and communicate with contractors as required
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
- Minimum 2 years of strata experience preferably in customer-facing roles
- Experience or familiarity with strata management, property, or real estate sectors is a plus
- Capability to work flexible on-call hours and respond promptly to client needs
- Fluent and clear English communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and comfortable following standard procedures independently
