- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Some College (But did not graduate), TESDA / Technical / Vocational Certificate on any course.
- Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Customer Service related experience.
- Required language(s): English.
- Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on a range of healthcare-related topics
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all conversations
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and team performance
Completed 2 yrs in college, Associate/Vocational -2yrs with at least 6 mos work experience (not necessarily bpo)
Willing to work onsite, available asap
