- You will maintain and update subscriber records meticulously in various online portals, ensuring accuracy and consistency at all times.
- You will be responsible for building and updating structured Excel trackers, which are essential for our operation's efficiency.
- You will transfer and standardize data across multiple systems, ensuring that information is seamlessly integrated.
- Routine updates will be part of your responsibilities, including additions, removals, and any necessary corrections.
- You will also validate data accuracy, ensuring that all addresses, identifiers, allocation values, and dates are correct and up to date.
- Identifying discrepancies in data will be a crucial element of your duties, requiring you to escalate issues appropriately to maintain data integrity.
- Following established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal quality controls will be paramount in your role.
- You will maintain detailed logs and documentation of all completed work, which is vital for reporting and assessment purposes.
- Lastly, providing clear and concise written updates to the internal team will be part of your communication responsibilities.
- 2 to 3 years of Data Entry Expereince working with international clients.
- Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards and adhering to established procedures in all tasks.
- Reliable with repetitive operational tasks, showcasing the ability to consistently perform duties with precision and dependability, ensuring that workflows remain uninterrupted and efficient.
- Organized and deadline-aware, capable of effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising on quality or accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills, enabling clear and concise documentation and correspondence, which is essential for collaboration and maintaining records.
- Able to follow structured instructions precisely, ensuring that processes are executed as intended, with attention to detail and respect for guidelines.
- Comfortable working independently, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative in managing responsibilities without the need for constant supervision or guidance.
- Excel (sorting, filters, formatting, basic formulas), demonstrating proficiency in navigating and utilizing various functions to handle data effectively.
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive), showcasing familiarity with a suite of tools that facilitate collaboration, communication, and data management in a professional environment.
- Experience in data entry, admin processing, or back-office work, underscoring a background in handling administrative responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiar with copy-paste workflows and data cleanup, emphasizing an ability to maintain data integrity through meticulous handling of information.
- Quick learner in web-based systems, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to swiftly acquire new skills to operate various online platforms and tools effectively.
