What You&aposll Do As a Sales Supervisor at Rockwell Land, you will lead a team of Sales Executives, drive sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets for Rockwell's premier properties. You will play a vital role in identifying opportunities in new and existing markets, mentoring your team, and collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional results. Create and analyze market and industry metrics to formulate strategies and business direction. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in new and existing markets. Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent. Provide coaching and mentorship to Sales Executives to help them achieve individual and team objectives. What We&aposre Looking For A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
