As they expand their footprint, they are committed to building a strong, consistent brand voice and deepening community connections. Soul Yoga is experiencing rapid growth but currently lacks a unified marketing strategy across its studios. This role was created to centralize and professionalize marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence. The Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator will drive a cohesive, data-informed marketing approach, enhancing brand awareness and fostering strong community partnerships.The Impact you'll makeMarketing Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement monthly marketing action plans aligned with business goals
- Manage the marketing and events calendar to ensure timely execution
- Track, analyze, and report weekly on website and social media performance metrics
- Produce marketing collateral including flyers, posters, newsletters, and digital assets
- Manage daily social media content - original posts, stories, and community highlights
- Coordinate bi-weekly photo and video shoots to generate fresh content
- Design new apparel and merchandise monthly to support brand growth
- Update and maintain the website weekly to promote events, offers, and news
- Oversee paid digital campaigns including SEO, Google Ads, geofencing, and social ads
- Coordinate marketing efforts for all events and workshops hosted by the studios
- Build and maintain partnerships with relevant local and industry brands
- Distribute promotional materials through targeted digital and physical outreach
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record in digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, geofencing, and paid social advertising
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated creativity and adaptability working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Technical: SEO, Google Ads, social media management tools, content creation, basic graphic design, website CMS updates
