Provide a personalised guest service experience
Create a memorable experience for the guests
Maintain the high standards of service in Front Office
Assist guests with any issues or problems
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or in the same capacity
Preferably with relevant experience with an international 5* hotel group or in the same capacity
Preferably with Front Office experience
Preferably communicates with fluency in English (and local language)
