We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate with proven experience in the iGaming industry to join our team. You will play a critical role in supporting business development and marketing initiatives, helping to drive brand growth, generate leads, and close commercial deals. The ideal candidate understands the iGaming landscape, is comfortable in both B2B environments, and can execute sales and marketing strategies with precision and creativity. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and approach potential clients and partners in the iGaming space (casino, sportsbook, slots, etc.). Develop and maintain strong relationships with operators, affiliates, aggregators, and platform providers. Support the full sales cycle: from lead generation and prospecting to deal negotiation and closing. Prepare compelling proposals, pitch decks, and commercial presentations tailored to client needs. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate sales performance reports. Marketing & Campaign Support Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, email, affiliate). Work closely with design, content, and performance marketing teams to develop high-impact promotional materials. Support affiliate marketing strategies, partner activations, and onboarding campaigns. Track and analyze marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future efforts. Market Research & Events Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and market shifts. Represent the company in trade shows, expos, webinars, and other industry events. Ensure all marketing and sales materials comply with iGaming regulations and regional advertising guidelines. Requirements 3+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role within the iGaming industry Strong understanding of iGaming products (casino, sportsbook, live dealer, etc.) and user behavior Familiarity with digital marketing channels (affiliate, SEO, paid media, email marketing) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Show more Show less
