Role Overview: Prepares and takes charge of implementing outreach conferences for doctors and lay: . Support the team lead and assistant team lead in executing the unit's strategy. . Act as event lead in UMED Continuing Professional Development activities for doctors and lay modules . Assist in coordinating CPD activities with the partner division, faculty, and participants . Prepares all necessary communications between UMED and other parties concerning his/her program . Assist in identifying and prioritizing opportunities for innovation and growth within the unit's activities, and support team members in implementing new initiatives. . Collaborate with the team lead and assistant team lead in fostering and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners and industry experts. . Help manage the budget for the unit's activities and ensure that spending is in line with business goals and is tracked and reported accurately. . Prepare and report data to evaluate effectiveness of the event and make recommendations for improvements. . Troubleshoot minor issues and make adjustments to ensure that the event runs smoothly. . Provide administrative/clerical support for the day-to-day activities of the department. Qualifications: . Bachelor's Degree / 4-year Course graduate . With background/experience in events management . With experience in organizing events/seminars for doctors . Has ability to process technical/medical information . Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite . With good interpersonal skill
