- Has acquired qualifications and/or certifications relevant to the position (TESDA Accreditation, NC-2 Welder, etc.)
- Has acquired at least five (5) years of experience in machine shop supervising or quality control in machine shop
- Knowledgeable on the use of various precision measuring tools (i.e. outside micrometer, inside micrometer, bore gauge, caliper, dial gauge, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in the use of lathe and milling machines
- Has a backround on drafting mechanical parts
- At least 30 years of age
- Organize and efficient
- Has a good and interpersonal skill that can work well with other.
- Flexible and willing to work beyond the working hours
- Can work with minimal to no supervision required from the superior
- Punctual
