Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
Proficient in HR info systems, R.A.C.I., and continuous improvement.
Expertise in hiring, performance management, retention, and compliance with employment laws.
Strong communication and classification skills.
Knowledge of health and safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and policy development.
Ability to evaluate KPIs and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Legal compliance and understanding of government regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Skills in strategic planning, talent management, compensation, employee relations, training, and organizational development.
Experience in designing and implementing training programs.
Familiarity with succession planning and labor relations.
