As a Datawarehouse Production Support, you will be responsible for the technical support of Arch Re insurance Datawarehouse. This includes daily monitoring of ELT processes, troubleshooting of issues impacting Datawarehouse, work with internal and external team to resolve production issues, proactively communicate updates to stakeholders. This role requires strong communication, the ability to coordinate and work with multiple stakeholders. This person should be able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Working hours for this role are typically Tuesdays to Saturdays US Eastern Time (Philippines Night Shift) Tasks/Responsibilities: Monitor the production environment and proactively prioritize, communicate, and resolve any Datawarehouse Application issues. Ability to evaluate production situations and current information to determine the appropriate course of action and execute decisions Critically analyze production change requirements and access production impact. Work closely with product manager to develop and execute action plans to address gaps Production maintenance Communicate effectively with both the business and technical teams Work closely with product team to prioritize issues Identify root cause of issues and provide emergency bug fix. Document findings and develop run books Actively look for opportunities to streamline and simplify the development and delivery process' Mandatory/Primary Skills: Required Skills/Experience: Experience managing production Datawarehouse environment. Experience building ETL pipelines from scratch Ability to perform root cause analysis on external and internal processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and answer questions Excellent analytic skills Experience working with structured, semi structured and unstructured datasets Min 8 years of Datawarehouse experience using ETL/ELT technologies ETL/ELT experience working with Python, Data bricks, SQL, Snowflake and Azure Data Factory or equivalent technologies Experience working in Azure environment.
