As the Area Marketing Manager (Cebu), you will play a pivotal role in leading your team towards achieving excellence in execution across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for campaign budget planning and management within your assigned zone, ensuring proper forecasting and stock management of campaign-related POSMs/free goods/GWPs up until closure and depletion. Your leadership skills will be crucial in guiding Field Marketing Executives in successfully preparing and carrying out campaign cascades to field sales. Furthermore, you will support brand and other HQ teams in preparing for new product launches in their assigned zone.
- Be responsible for campaign budget planning and management within the assigned zone
- Lead the development of consumer acquisition tools for zonal campaigns
- Ensure compliance with standards/intended trade impact during campaign execution
- Support brand and other HQ teams in preparing for new product launches in their assigned zone
- Be responsible for the organisational health, individual performance, compliance and development planning of the Field Marketing Executives within the assigned zone
- Oversee all activities within the zone from beginning to end
The ideal candidate for the Area Marketing Manager position brings a wealth of experience from an FMCG background, specifically in trade/channel marketing or marketing that includes on-ground field sales experience. You are a strategic thinker who excels at gathering data, providing insights, and conducting analysis. Your strong leadership and interpersonal skills enable you to effectively manage people and foster a collaborative environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is essential for this role.
- At least eight years' experience in trade/channel marketing or marketing that includes on-ground field sales experience from an FMCG company
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to gather data, insights and analysis
- Experience with trade and channel development strategy and formulating plans
- Problem solving skills with proficiency in project management and monitoring
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- People management skills
- Readiness to be relocated in Cebu
