Medical Representatives

• Conduct daily visits to assigned Healthcare Practitioners and Pharmacy Stores.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

• Conduct thorough environmental scans within the designated territory to identify and establish channels for expanding product access.
• Utilize strategic insights and recommendations from the Marketing team to position our brands effectively in the market.
• Implement promotional activities based on market intelligence to enhance brand positioning.

• Develop and execute territory business plans, setting short-term objectives for customer calls.
• Work towards achieving and surpassing sales objectives within the selected division.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Manage forecasting and inventory at the distributor level to ensure optimal product availability.

• Align business plans with territory performance and the strategic objectives of the company.
• Adhere to company guidelines and SOPs for all internal and external business activities.

• College graduate with any Bachelor's degree
• Proven 1-3 years relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
• Proficient in forecasting and inventory management.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus.
