Fresh graduates of BS Nursing or with no clinical experience are accepted! Job Responsibility: * Conduct health assessments, screenings, and physical examinations as required. * Provide first aid and emergency care to employees as needed. * Maintain health records and confidential medical information. * Assess and treat work-related injuries and illnesses. * Follow up with employees on their recovery progress and return-to-work plans. * Collaborate with supervisors and HR to manage worker's compensation cases. * Develop and implement health promotion programs and initiatives. * Educate employees on preventive health measures and wellness topics. * Organize and conduct health-related training sessions. * Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. * Prepare and maintain health and safety reports as required by law. * Participate in audits and inspections to identify and address compliance issues. * Manage employee medical cases, including coordination with external healthcare providers. * Monitor and track the progress of employees with chronic health conditions. * Make recommendations for necessary workplace accommodations. * Conduct health surveillance activities, such as hearing tests, vision screening, and exposure monitoring. * Collaborate with the occupational health team to identify potential hazards and develop control measures. * Assist in the development and testing of emergency response plans. * Guide during workplace emergencies and accidents.
