Staff4Me is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Recruiter. As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and helping us find top talent for our organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in starting their career in recruitment and wants to gain valuable experience in the field.Responsibilities1. Sourcing and Headhunting.Job posting on website and/or job boardsMessaging candidates.Cold calling candidatesSocial media recruitingReferences check callingCRM and job board (Indeed) database miningCalling past candidate who did not have covid vaccinations who may have received vaccinationRespond to chat questions and responses during work hours for more of a personal touch2. Answer incoming calls.3. Follow up on applications and openings.Job posts check upNew applicants contactUpdate and open new positions as needed.4. Phone pre-screening and screening.Requirement’s check-upQualification’s pre-screeningUse preliminary questions and assessment to evaluate candidates.Resume filtering and verification5. Provide information about the company to the new prospects and applicants.6. Interviews with candidates.ScreeningEvaluation of qualifications and requirements.Interview scheduling.Interview planningInterview confirmation (preventing no -shows)Send feedback.7. Onboarding process.Inform HR about the hiring.Inform trainingGive instructions to the new hire about the onboarding process.Easing the transition to new positionFollow up on training and applicant process.Background Checks8. Follow up on Candidates and interview process.9. Caregiver Retentiona. Phone calls to current caregivers to surveyi. Happyii. Any issues with shiftsiii. Report back to franchise owner10. Microsoft Office Skills11. Tasks assigned by client.Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements is a plus.
