We hope for you to take on management duties after you become familiar with the organization and its operations.Specific responsibilities
  • Manage a development team
  • Manage 13 small teams of ~5 members
  • People management of engineers
  • Support growth through goal setting, team assignment, 1-on-1s, etc.
  • Identify and resolve organizational issues
  • Identify and resolve both known and yet-unidentified organizational issues
Development Environment
  • Frontend: TypeScript, React
  • BFF: TypeScript、Express
  • Serverside: Kotlin、Ktor
  • Database: PostgreSQL
  • Code Management: GitHub
  • Infrastructure: GCP（App Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Tasks etc.）
  • Experience in web app development
  • Experience managing a development organization*At least 5 years of combined experience from the above two
  • Agile and/or Scrum team management experience
  • Experience training engineers
  • Experience teaching, coaching, and providing feedback to engineers
  • Experience improving a development organizations performance
  • Experience hiring for and evaluating a development organization
