Effectively manage calls (incoming and outgoing).
Attend to requests, resolve complaints, provide appropriate solutions, alternatives and ensure resolution within a given timeframe.
Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.

Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects / Associate degree graduate
6 months BPO international account customer service or technical support experience (can be voice or blended experience)
Above average to Good English communication skills

Amenable to work on shifting schedule
Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
