QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in Counseling or Psychology Has active PRC License Proven experience in counseling, crisis intervention, or related mental health roles Excellent communication and active listening skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Comfortable working during graveyard hours Work Arrangement: Hybrid, Graveyard Shift
