COMPANY NURSE Job Summary Attends to employee's health-related needs by providing medical assistance, promoting a safe work environment, implementing health and wellness programs and responding to health benefits inquiries. Job Description Provides emergency and palliative care and treatment to employee within the legal scope of nursing responsibility. Helps in applicant's suitability assessment for the job and coordinates with the Company Physician Launches programs for wellness in increasing the level of safety and prevent lifestyle and work-related diseases. Coordinates with HR Department Heads on concerns regarding government-related health benefits of employees and insurance providers Minimum Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) With at least two (2) years of practice in community health, ambulatory care, critical care, or emergency nursing Certification on Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) is a plus
