Develops and implements strategic sourcing and purchasing plan that will ensure the best price, right quality, availability, correctness, and on time delivery of materials
2. Support and align regional Procurement strategies that applies in Amcor PH
3. Overall, in charge in Supplier Accreditation and Selection Process including Site audit
4. Negotiates, contracts, and manages procurement for the assigned spend category not covered by regional or global agreements at the lowest business cost while meeting AFPC quality requirements.
5. Provide support in Sourcing best supplier for CAPEX requirement
6. Manage and Supervise Staff to perform purchasing activity effectively and efficiently
7. Evaluates and measures supplier performance based on agreed KPI
8. Innovate and Drive Procurement Savings Project
9. Monitor the movement of RM pricing and provide analysis and recommendation
10. Develop and establish atleast 2-3 supplier for all Raw material and Services
11. Builds and maintains linkages between the Procurement function and business functions.
12. Provides key reports to the business on market and supply of key materials.
13. Ensures full Compliance Reporting in accordance with approved policies and procedures.JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
·At least 5 years of working experience specialized in Strategic Sourcing, Negotiation, Purchasing, Inventory Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Experience in Supplier accreditation and qualification
Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. QAD)
Knowledge and experience in Flexible industry is preferred
Prior experience within a supervisory role will be an added advantage
Strong Supplier-facing and communication skills
Having CSSP Certified Strategic Sourcing Profession is an advantage
