We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Project Manager to spearhead our operations in Quezon City. As the Site Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning and initiation to completion and handover. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively liaising with diverse stakeholders. Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Familiarity with local regulations and permits related to construction projects in Quezon City (preferred).
