The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the HR team, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, and compensation and benefits. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments Experience in HR management and implementation of HR policies and procedures Experience in recruitment and selection, training and development, and compensation and benefits Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field Professional certification in Human Resources is preferred
