  • Perform detailed reconciliation of employee accounts ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies
  • Execute tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and independent work ethic
  • Prioritize customer welfare by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing clear and concise communication to meet their needs
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing process enhancements
  • Ensure that a range of EEM activities are performed in a timely, accurate and effective manner to ensure adoption and sustainability of the standard processes across the Employee Expense Management processes
  • Coach and advise Concur users ensuring disciplined system use. Articulate policies effectively, ensuring clear understanding and adherence
  • Prepare, validate and post manual claims and provide backup support to EEM functions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the business, which also includes internal and external auditors and AMEX representatives.
  • Process ad hoc journals and other ad hoc requirements.
  • Work closely with the Finance FFI team on the global process standardization and simplification ideas and drive a continuous improvement agenda for end-to-end process standardization and improvement.
  • Participate in the identification, prioritization and execution of automation improvement opportunities across the EEM.
  • Monitor and communicate the effectiveness and value of continuous improvement initiatives on the processes post implementation.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field
  • Prior experience with Concur as User or Administrator is highly desirable
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, with the ability to handle and analyse large datasets
  • Proven experience in financial reconciliation and analysis
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders to complete the process.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written
