  • This position will have real life exposure in assisting the full cycle recruitment. May help to job shadow and facilitate both the hiring manager and team to a successful hire. Supports in executing the Talent Acquisition Strategy for an assigned client group and deliver the resourcing policies, framework and processes drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain Equinix as the employer of choice.
Summer Projects:
  • Sourcing and Pipelining
  • Assists in coordinating social process under direction of more senior members
  • Builds knowledge of key requirements and develops sourcing strategies to ensure strong candidate flow
  • May assist recruiter with screening candidates and interview calls
  • Screening of candidates
  • Might screen resumes and recommend candidates to recruiter for further screening.
  • Enablement Project
  • Helping on market insights projects that supports Talent Acquisition Strategy
Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications):
  • On track to graduate 2025 with a Bachelor’s in Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Students looking to complete their On-Job-Training (OJT) as part of graduation requirement
  • Based in Manila
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business proficiency in English
  • Ability to create accurate and punctual reports, deliver presentations, and share information and ideas with others
  • Analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and aptitude to learn new software
