Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.The successful candidate will be based in our Masbate site.What you will be doing
  • Repair and maintenance reliability of plant equipment such as Augers, Boiler, Electrical controls and compressors
  • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
  • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
  • Regular recording and monitoring of equipment and vehicle check list.
  • Timely response on defective and faulty parts observed by operators and drivers.
  • Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
  • Implement and strict compliance of Maintenance plans.
  • Zero backlogs and re-work on repair and maintenance on MMU's, Augers and plant equipment.
  • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
What you will bring
  • Demonstrated commitment to Safety
  • Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Registered Master Electrician
  • 5 years' experience in Electrical trouble shooting and repair, experience in plant operation and experience in Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
  • Auto Electrician experience is a must
