Job Description:Salary: P50,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)Schedule: Monday - Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)What are we looking for?Skills Required:
  • At least 3 years proven experience as Executive or Admin Assistant
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficient with MS O365 and Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in invoicing software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Background in Finance/Accounting is a plus
What will you do?
  • Provide administrative support to team members, such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling phone calls.
  • Attend and record meeting minutes and track action items.
  • Creating and maintain reporting for management as needed.
  • Manage invoicing processes from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Organize invoices for management approval in accordance with billing procedures.
  • Coordinate with team members or vendors to resolve any invoicing discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain organized records of all invoices, payments, and related documentation.
  • Assist in generating financial reports and summaries as needed.
