- At least 3 years proven experience as Executive or Admin Assistant
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficient with MS O365 and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in invoicing software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Background in Finance/Accounting is a plus
- Provide administrative support to team members, such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling phone calls.
- Attend and record meeting minutes and track action items.
- Creating and maintain reporting for management as needed.
- Manage invoicing processes from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize invoices for management approval in accordance with billing procedures.
- Coordinate with team members or vendors to resolve any invoicing discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain organized records of all invoices, payments, and related documentation.
- Assist in generating financial reports and summaries as needed.
