Project Associate, Site Office Engineer - Philippine Based Role

• Prepare, process, and maintain documents related to all phases of the construction project, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction.

• Manage document control and change control processes for all project documents.

• Assist with the review and processing of contractor submittals (e.g., shop drawings) and Requests for Information (RFIs).

• Coordinate with various departments within the company, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure smooth project execution.

• Handle administrative tasks for the site team, including filing project correspondence, maintaining logs, and preparing reports.

• Assist with material deliveries, track quantities of work completed, and manage project costs (as needed).

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment at the site office.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

• At least 1 year of experience in a construction office environment or relevant field

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with construction terminology and documents (a plus)
