Trilingual Translator (Thai, Mandarin and English)

• Collaborate closely with upper management, Factory Manager, Trainers and Trainees
• Provide accurate interpretation during meetings, conferences, trainings and client interacti
• Effectively translate verbal and written procedures for factory processes and best practices
• Proofread, revise and research technical terms for company documents and procedures to ensure correct translation of all communication
• Coordinate with internal and external individuals and experts to ensure clear understanding of translated tasks and/or follow-up on any unclear points or misunderstandings
• Ability to creatively use language for clarity
• Retain and develop language knowledge in specialty areas as it relates to the factory and procedures
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

• Proficiency (spoken and written) in English, Thai and Mandarin Chinese
• 1-3 years proven work experience in translation within a factory/business environment is preferred
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in a language related major is preferred
• Good computer skills and familiarity with translation software
• Cultural understanding of Thai, Chinese and Western cultures
• Attention to detail and accuracy in translation and interpretation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various communication styles and situations
• Domestic and International travel may be required on a limited basis
