- Initial Phase: Retention of ANZ accounts total 40 only by 1) successfully engaging product users and decision-maker in the buying process 2) supporting 1 reseller in Australia on their 2 accounts; More accounts from Asia will be transferred to this role as renewal manager
- Providing post-sales product training and enquiries support to ANZ customers and India customers
- Providing sales administrative support to direct accounts handled by Sales Leader
- Marketing support to local accounts in Manila on ad-hoc basis
- Some traveling to Asia may be required
- Excellent communication skills – Clear, Professional, confident, Proactive
- Over 8 years experienced sales representative preferably in business research industry, with experience of doing business research on database
- Experience with sales demonstration
- Extensive experience with consultative selling (relationship-building, matching based on needs)
- Knowledgeable with MS Office
- Experience with Salesforce is more preferred
- Additional Proficiency in either Japanese or Cantonese is an advantage
- Must be in current role for 1 year
- Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months
- Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 month
- Must have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle
