Responsibilities: Generating Master Production Schedules, Production Orders and Material Requirements Plan. Forecasting Inventory requirements of materials, both RMs and PMs. Optimizing Inventory levels as well as helping the organization evaluate and implement inventory management in the ERP system. Schedule production batches based on inventory levels and production lead times and sales forecasts. Coordinate production material requirements with Purchasing to assure adequate inventory of raw materials and packaging components. Administers/creates Purchase Requisition of needed materials. Analyze capacity and resource requirements and coordinate necessary adjustments. Monitor regularly Bill of Material (BOM) for all production processes. Coordinate with Production Officers regularly regarding the Routing and Work centers for all production processes to be used in production scheduling. Responsible for accurate raw materials, WIP and FGs inventory levels accuracy of product data for finished product in the absence of Warehouse department. Responsible for preparation of pertinent reports at the end of the month. Comply with the department's KPI. Qualifications: Certified, BS Industrial Engineer or equivalent Flexible and can work under pressure Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills Knowledgeable in SAP Willing to relocate in Imus, Cavite
