Amcor Flexibles Asia PacificEngineering and Maintenance TechnicianAmcor Flexibles Philippines Corp.Job Overview:The Engineering Technician is the key personnel when it comes to the repairs & maintenance of production & utilities equipment. He is the individual performing the monitoring, repairs & maintenance of all equipment. Reports directly to Engineering & maintenance supervisor.Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure that all work to be done is in line with Amcor's safety guidelines.
On-shift support to operations in case of equipment trouble or breakdown (mechanical, electrical or instrumentation in nature)
Perform Planned Maintenance on production equipment as per Work Order issued by Maintenance system administrator.
Provide input in CMMS with regards to PM activities undertaken and other observation
Take ownership of Plant Utilities and auxiliary system (Monitoring of system, PM schedule checking, Contractor coordination)
Monitoring of key parameters and indicators of production and facilities equipment
Take active role in AFPC Engineering Maintenance department Continuous Improvement program.
Perform and closed given work orders/request from other departments.
Help and assist Engineering supervisor to check & monitor engineering projects.

Job Qualifications: * Graduate of trade school, technical course related to electrical, electronic and mechanical.

Minimum of one to two years' experience in production work.
Must be adept in formulating project and maintenance plans
Good knowledge in Excel and any other database software application
Familiar with all types of machine used in flexible printing. Can identify or read as built plans & technical drawings.
Knowledgeable of PLC programming & troubleshooting.
