- Ensure Service Operations’ compliance to Reporting Services (QPMS / Semi –QPMS), Termite Management Program
- Conduct technical advisory for Services which require site inspection
- Ensure accurate and on time submission of reports agreed with customer.
- Undertake periodic inspection to HD/KA customer; discuss fully finding result and recommendation. Seek agreement on the action plan.
- Assist Technical Manager in planning, scheduling, preparation of suitable training materials and conduct of technical training.
- Assist Technical Manager in updating Authorized Product List, coordinate request on addition and removal from the list. Coordinate with procurement department and chemical supplier on supporting documents.
- Assist Technical Manager in conducting Service Audit, monitor status of TPA (Technician Performance Assessment)
- Assist in any program that supports Quality service within division
- Extend assistance to Branch operations in promoting company products and services and achieving business objective.
- Supervise and/or assist specific Branch service operation as required after consultation with Branch & Technical Manager.
- Provide Insect Identification Service for Branches which yet to have the capability and to complement those which have.
- Constantly improve or upgrade knowledge on Pest Management through private study, membership of association, attendance at course, study of technical literature provided by Company and practical experience in the field.
- Identify cases where recurrent infestation and/ or lack of customer cooperation, which require follow-up action by local Branch.
- Submit recommendations and reports with appropriate chemical treatment or monitoring recommendation to the Branch or Service Heads
- Conduct bi-annual audit and ensure usage of product are compliance on Authorize Product List in all Pest Control Branches.
- Maintain accurate records of High Dependency / Key Account customer on a current year as reference for review on the status of Pest Management Program.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance and security of vehicle, equipment monies provided by Company and all technical materials/documents are controlled and will not be used on other purposes outside Company’s interest.
- Drive SHE policy compliance and zero tolerance policy. Achieve LTAR target set for the year for both Pest Control & Hygiene
- Ensure all Customer complaints & inquiries are acted as a matter of urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise.
- To be aware and act on potential sales and collection opportunities to help generate additional new business, up-selling and improve collection.
- Attend required trainings, meetings, conferences and other official company functions necessary for business growth, government legislation compliance and customers’ requirement.
- Must know how to drive 4 wheel vehicle or motorcycle
- With Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1,2,3)
- College Graduate/Level Or Vocational Course Graduate
- Graduate of Agriculture or any related course is an advantage.
- Fast Learner and can work with minimum supervision.
- Good communication Skills and Customer Service Oriented
