Must Have Bachelor's degree in Law, PH Bar Passer. 3+ years' experience in law firms or as in-house counsel. Strong understanding of contractual principles. Effective communication with executives. Excellent time-management and organizational skills. Demonstrated subject-matter experience in legal and cybersecurity.
