Content Writer & Editor - Philippines

• Research and write original content on a variety of subjects in the areas of commercial insurance.
• Organize and refresh product content.
• Prioritize writing assignments.
• Peer review other writers' work.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to proactively analyze content needs.
• Write and edit content for Zywave's internal employee communications, and marketing if needed.
• Keep current on trends and developments that impact the commercial insurance industry.
• Assist Zywave staff as needed and available.
• Perform other tasks on projects as needed/assigned by management.

• College degree in English, Journalism, Communications or related discipline.
• Strong research and writing skills. Familiarity with AP Stylebook, insurance terminology strongly desired.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills to ensure accurate, error-free work.
• Experience editing content a plus.
• High level of computer literacy and Internet knowledge, including Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and take critiques as needed.
• Ability to understand our products, in addition to customers' and partners' needs in the insurance environment.
• Excellent oral communications and interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn and grow, both professionally and personally in ways that will enhance job performance.
