SPX Express (Middle Mile) - Inter Island Coordinator (Tacloban)

• Plan and allocate RCs LH requirements, RC to LM Hub and vice versa for RTS, intra Samar Leyte Island LH scheduling for backloads & FM transfer.
• Monitor intra VisMin activity incoming/outgoing LH, from SOC to RC to Hubs, backloads & RTS.
• Provide updates to origin/destination, through pre-alerts via email & seatalk (viber & skype for backroom).
• Update tracker sheets daily to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Validate partnership billing based on recorded trips & forward to IS team MNL.
• Ensure the smooth flow of Midmile Operations at RCs and the safety of the team.
• Monitor pre-booking linehaul requirements for RC to Hub, RTS, and intra VisMin requirements.
• Ensure updates status of shipments upon transporting until transported to every Hubs.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management prefered.
• Knowledge of transportation management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
