Associate Account Manager- Inbound

• Product Quoting experience in IT related Industry
• Knowledge of ConnectWise suite is a PLUS
• Generate quotes from inbound requests
• Dispatch/ Manage inbound ticket dashboards
• Contact partners to review licensing options
• Follow- up on quotes to close business
• Use of Salesforce is a PLUS
• Excellent organizational skill
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office, database software (Excel), spreadsheets with intermediate formula
• Runs and analyzes reports and ensues that all reports are accurate and reliable
• Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined here in
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2-3 years working experience in the related field in a BPO setting
• Can work successfully in an ambiguous, fast paced, growing, deadline-driven environment
