I. JOB OBJECTIIVES:Responsible for providing quality Nursing care to patients and for ensuring the attainment of the companys goals and targets in the most effective and efficient mannerII. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Maintains accurate patient records, updates patient profiles and ensures confidentiality of files and information.2. Conducts patient history interview and takes vital signs on each patient.3. Provides nursing care for patients in OR, ER, etc. and performs comprehensive nursing skills.4. Assesses and acts on patients conditions and makes appropriate and timely decisions to address patient concerns.5. Ensures medicines are administered and given according to Physicians instructions.6. Provides support by keeping patients informed of their status and by giving health education and advices.7. Ensures cleanliness of consultation/OR rooms, checks and cleans medical instruments.8. Monitors inventory of the medical instruments and office supplies and recommends replenishment of the items.9. Participates in capacity building activities on safety and health and other OSH related topics and programs.10. Uses all safeguards and safety devices furnished for workers' protection and that of others.11. Complies with instructions to prevent accidents or imminent danger situations in the workplace.12. Observes prescribed steps to be taken in cases of emergency including participation in the conduct of national or local disaster drill.13. Reports to immediate supervisor or any other responsible safety and health personnel any work hazard that may be discovered in the workplace.14. Accomplishes departmental goals by performing other duties that may be assigned from time to time
