Job Responsibilities: The Construction & Project Assistant provides administrative support to the company in all aspects of the business from construction to property development, including, General admin tasks Assist the project construction team with documentation preparation, Taking 'defects' enquiries from homeowners/occupants and coordinating the defect rectification process with owners and sub-contractors in a professional and timely manner Carry out marketing research and analysis based on different requests. Requirements Must have Engineering or Architecture degree 3 years of AUSTRALIAN experience in the construction or property development industry - non-negotiable Experience in an administrative role, virtual assistant or customer service representative experience related to Construction. Professional and respectful manner in attending calls, emails, and enquiries General understanding of the construction process, and property maintenance Ability to read drawings Excellent written & verbal ENGLISH communication skills Strong research and analytical skills, ability to handle issues with DEFECTS.
