Be able to register/renew/file/apply all business permits/clearances/ certificates, such as but not limited to, Business (Mayor's) Permit, Barangay Business Clearances, Fire Safety Inspection Certificate, Community Tax Certificate, Sanitary Permit, Bureau of Customs Certificate of Registration, SEC Amendments, GIS BIR Certificate of Registration, BIR Tax Clearance, Certificate of PhilGEPS Registration, PDEA License, PCAB License, etc. Pay, manually and/or through online, all necessary taxes and monthly contributions Prepare, encode, post, and submit monthly reports for SSS, PHIC, PIR, PAG-IBIG, etc. Courteously answer or receive incoming calls and other communications Arrange and manage filing systems in the office Record information needed Pleasantly greet clients and visitors Update paper works and maintain documents in black and white (printout) and in Word processor. Have maintained a dependable work attendance record Performs other duties as assigned
