Demonstrated experience in UX content design, governance, user-research, authoring and publishing. Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments. Incorporating best-practice tools and methods, you’ll develop, implement, and manage new processes and guidelines for content measurement, user research, user-experience (UX) design, content authoring and publishing You’ll also be the team’s key contact for global HR stakeholders for content design advisory, content writing and content authoring services, with a focus on prioritising work that is directly related to the strategic priorities of the People function and the enterprise.You’ll work collaboratively in an Australian and Philippines based team of content designers and writers on global projects that align to the strategic direction of the People (HR) function.Incorporating best-practice tools and methods, you’ll carry out content measurement, user research, user-experience (UX) design, content authoring and publishing for our digital products: Workday, WalkMe, Workstation, ServiceNow, and our SharePoint intranet.Our goal is to create a frictionless end-to-end experience for our 13,000 employees so they can complete tasks across all these platforms.Primary Responsibilities- Support and lead user research and content testing in collaboration with the content and employee experience teams.
- Partner with various teams to define content needs, provide advice, recommendations and design solutions that are aligned with best practice content design, appropriate content tools and internal guidelines.
- Write, edit, design and publish intranet content to ensure quality, consistency and accessibility.
- Collaborate with your team to educate and uplift capability in content governance, operations and production in other areas of the business.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and help them to understand best practice content delivery using your influence, consultation and negotiation skills.
- Apply a pragmatic approach to developing and executing content solutions aligned to the business requirements and strategic priorities.
- Support and mentor UX content writers in our Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) in the Philippines.Required EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experienceRequired Experience5 years relevant experiencePreferred Competencies/Skills- Stakeholder relationship management
