- Partner with various teams to define content needs, provide advice, recommendations and design solutions that are aligned with best practice content design, appropriate content tools and internal guidelines.
- Write, edit, design and publish intranet content to ensure quality, consistency and accessibility.
- Collaborate with your team to educate and uplift capability in content governance, operations and production in other areas of the business.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and help them to understand best practice content delivery using your influence, consultation and negotiation skills.
- Apply a pragmatic approach to developing and executing content solutions aligned to the business requirements and strategic priorities.
- Support and mentor UX content writers in our Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) in the Philippines.Required EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experienceRequired Experience5 years relevant experiencePreferred Competencies/Skills- Stakeholder relationship management
