General Accounting Staff

• Transaction Recording:

• Record daily financial transactions accurately and promptly into the accounting system.
• Maintain detailed records of accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Verify and reconcile transactional data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and other accounts on a regular basis.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues identified during the reconciliation process.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Financial Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Generate financial reports and analysis as requested by management or regulatory authorities.
• Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
• Compliance and Audit Support:

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and company policies.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation and explanations as needed.
• Implement recommendations from audit findings to strengthen internal controls.
• Financial Analysis:

• Assist in financial analysis activities, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and budget vs. actual comparisons.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support decision-making processes.
• Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting procedures and systems.
• Participate in the implementation of new accounting software or tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience in accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Amenable to work onsite in LIIP, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
