-User Experience and Troubleshooting: The ideal candidate should have prior user experience with Sage X3 and be open to further training on advanced troubleshooting techniques.
-TrueCommerce Familiarity: A strong understanding of TrueCommerce is essential for this role, as the candidate will be required to work on troubleshooting and support related to TrueCommerce.
-EDI Maps for Retail/Wholesale Industry: Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) maps specific to the retail and wholesale industry is crucial. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing these maps.
-New Trading Partner Testing: Conducting testing for new trading partners to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
-Sage X3 or ERP Experience: Familiarity with Sage X3 or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.Skills and Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-Strong analytical skills.
-Working knowledge of SQL.
XML knowledge.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Prior experience with Sage X3 is a plus.
-Sage X3 or ERP Experience: Familiarity with Sage X3 or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.Working Schedule
-Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
