Acting as second-in-command to the manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence.
Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
Scheduling meetings
Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
Updating logs and order forms.
Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.

Requirements

1+ years of experience as an Operations Assistant
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
Experience working with project management tools such as Trello or Asana
Self-motivated with exceptional problem-solving skills.
