At least 8 months of experience in client-facing roles, with a preference for handling voice accounts, or related fields within a BPO or call center environment.
Utilize your fluency in Thai to create seamless customer communication.
Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluent in English is a strong plus.
Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.
