This role is designed for an individual with a proven track record in the staffing industry, specifically someone adept at cold calling and capable of generating a substantial volume of leads daily. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in lead generation but will also excel in scheduling discovery calls for our Business Development Executives. Job Overview: As the Lead Generalist Specialist, you will be a linchpin in our growth strategy, responsible for lead generation through cold calling and ensuring the successful booking of discovery calls for our Business Development Executives. This role demands a results-oriented professional who can leverage existing US client relationships, generate 200 leads daily, and facilitate the transition from lead to scheduled discovery calls. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively generate a minimum of 200 high-quality leads per day through various channels, emphasizing cold calling, networking, and online platforms Leverage industry knowledge and market trends to identify potential clients and business opportunities Cold Calling: Execute effective cold-calling strategies to establish initial contact with potential clients Clearly articulate our company's value proposition and tailor messages to address client needs Discovery Call Booking: Work collaboratively with Business Development Executives to schedule discovery calls with qualified leads Ensure a smooth handover of leads to the Business Development team Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling services Act as a liaison between clients and the Business Development team Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve lead generation and discovery call booking targets, contributing to overall revenue goals Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns Requirements 2+ Proven experience in lead generation and work in the staffing/recruiting industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Existing portfolio of US clients and a strong network within the industry Excellent cold calling skills and the ability to consistently generate a high volume of leads Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Must be willing to work in US hours at 10:00 AM- 3:00 PM (CST) REQUIRED WORK EQUIPMENT: Own PC/Laptop with Windows operating system/OS Headphones / Noise Cancellation Headphones (Preferred but not required) Silent Environment Excellent Internet Speed (75mbs or above) Benefits Work-life balance Competitive Salary Permanent Work From Home Set up Initial 3 months contract You may apply through this link: https://apply.workable.com/search-party-recruiting/j/3D7444D5EA/
