Purpose and Scope: 1. Supervises the day-to-day smooth and seamless implementation and execution of all Corporate-led as well as localized marketing initiatives, programs and campaigns in his/her specific mall assignment. 2. Ensures all Marketing policies, programs, projects, and processes are effective, efficient and aligned with the established policies, targets, local, mandatory/statutory standards as well as overall business objectives of Ayala Malls. 3. Ensures that all Marketing personnel comply with the policies, procedures, rules and regulations of Ayala Malls all the time. Responsibilities: 1. Supervises the daily mall marketing operations functions in his/her specific mall assignment such as but not limited to the following: a. Advertising, Promotions, Public Relations and Marketing Communications b. Mall Events c. Partnerships d. Sponsorships e. Digital Programs f. Market Research 2. Evaluates and analyzes statistical data and reports to identify causes of marketing related problems and develops sound recommendations for improvement of policies and processes. 3. Contributes in the conceptualization, formulation, revision and launching of the overall brand and image of Ayala Malls and ensure that it will remain relevant, effective and competitive in the market specifically in his/her mall assignment. 4. Assists in the conduct of market research initiatives, programs and recommendations in his/her specific mall assignment. 5. Contributes in the identification of additional advertising initiatives and campaigns that contribute to the growth revenue in his/her specific mall assignment. 6. Develops strategies to attract both current and desired future customers as well as increase length of their stay or visit in his/her specific mall assignment. 7. Assists in the development of creative partnerships that drive awareness and traffic correlating to sales and revenue in his/her specific mall assignment. 8. Assists in the monitoring of new rentals and exhibits in his/her specific mall assignment. 9. Assists Merchants in their launches, advertising, billboards and other marketing initiatives. 10. Monitors retails events and exhibits conducted by special merchants (merchants of anchor stores). 11. Provides marketing support for Ayala Malls brand in his/her specific mall assignment. 12. Supervises the preparation, launch and evaluation of newsletter. 13. Monitors digital leads for premium malls. 14. Provides assistance in terms of marketing related requests. 15. Tracks and monitors the timeliness and execution of mall marketing calendar in his/her specific mall assignment. 16. Monitors exhibits logbooks and entries. 17. Assists in the monitoring of budget and expenses. 18. Ensures that all new hires of his/her department undergo on-boarding programs and orientations. 19. Provides and supports career development planning and opportunities of his/her subordinates. 20. Conducts meaningful and timely performance management and development process for his/her subordinates that will encourage employee contribution and collaboration including goal setting, feedback and performance development planning. 21. Provides effective and timely performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards and disciplinary action with the guidance of Human Resources when necessary. 22. Prepares and submits the following reports on a regular basis: a. Merchant Exhibit and Events b. Newsletter c. Market Research Report d. Merchant Marketing Initiative Monitoring 23. Performs other management-mandated functions. Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor's degree in BS Marketing, BS Business Administration or any equivalent course Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in Marketing, Advertising or Creative Agencies, Shopping Mall Management or Property Management Ability to cope, manage and handle multiple and simultaneous (volume) marketing projects and campaigns Ability to develop strategic and innovative marketing solutions to commercial advantage of the Company Above Average proficiency level in communication, organization, critical thinking abilities, presentation skills and project management skills Above Average proficiency level in the use of MS Office applications specifically MS Word, Powerpoint, MS Excel and MS Visio as well as other specialized software like SAP, CADD and others
