Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct inbound and outbound calls to healthcare providers
Make outbound calls to high-risk patients on appointments and medication adherence
Provide patient clinical information, process admissions and transfers
Gather feedback from patients regarding customer satisfaction

Filipino
Graduate of BS Nursing
With active PHRN License
Has above average English proficiency
2 years clinical experience (hospital, clinic-based, private duty nurse or academe)
Willing to work on rotational shifts
Amenable to be assigned in Mall of Asia, Pasay
